  Terms and Conditions  

Conditions of Sale:
All orders are subject to review and acceptance by the factory. The factory reserves the rights to alter designs without notice or refuse unauthorized returns unless a specific exception is made in writing. Orders accepted and entered cannot be cancelled or returned except in a manner that will indemnify the factory and/or distributor against loss.

Terms:
NET30 for approved open accounts, COD, Visa, or Mastercard. FOB Greenland, NH, USA 03840-2442

New Accounts:
Three credit references are required; one reference must be from a commercial bank in order to ship on an open account. If the references are acceptable we will extend NET30 terms.

Prices:
Prices are based on FOB Greenland, New Hampshire, USA. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Minimum Order:
There is a $50.00 minimum for each purchase order placed.

Product Change:
Product information is current at the time of printing. We reserve the right to change models, specifications, and designs without notice.

Delivery:
Please check with the factory regarding availability. We ship via United Parcel Service or Federal Express unless the customer requests otherwise.

Return Policy:
Claims for any quantity discrepancy or quality problem must be made in writing within 10 days of receipt of material. The factory must be contacted for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be issued prior to any return. No returns are accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of any returned parcel. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 1 year.

Restock Charge:
A 25% restocking charge applies for standard products returned in condition suitable for resale.

Shortage/Damage:
Claims for shortages or damages must be made in writing within 10 days after delivery of material. Beswick Engineering cannot be held responsible if we are not notified in that time period. Claims must include purchase order number and date of purchase. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement.

Damage in Transit:
The customer must prosecute claims for damages in transit.
