The MBV-1414-303 ball valve is an excellent choice for applications requiring a compact, high quality, on/off valve. Manufactured in 303 stainless steel and machined with a ¼-28 UNF threaded inlet and outlet ports this valve is ideal for high technology devices. The valve is actuated from the shut-off position by rotating the lever 90 degrees which allows the gas or liquid to flow through a 0.125 inch diameter flow path. The seat for the ball is constructed of chemically resistant Teflon®. A Buna-N o-ring provides a seal on the valve stem. EPDM, Silicone and Fluorocarbon (also known as Viton®) are available upon request.
